YOUR RESPONSOBILITIES
- Assisting the marketing manager with management processes and other ongoing tasks.
- Participating in the creation of marketing plans, developing and executing campaigns.
- Managing social media (content creation, strategic scheduling of posts, activity monitoring, and monthly analysis of various channels).
- Coordinating collaboration with content creators and other partners.
- Compiling newsletters and implementing email marketing according to the marketing calendar.
- Event marketing – assisting in organizing client and company events.
- Preparing, creating, and ordering marketing materials.
- Analyzing campaigns and other marketing activities, including social media analysis.
- Monitoring competitors' prices.
- Compiling collaboration and influencer evidence for brands.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling, design, and children's products.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and proficiency with analytical tools.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to collaborate, learn, and grow in a dynamic team.
